How To Handle Insomnia During Perimenopause

In this week’s podcast, I share some, if I do say so myself, super cool tips and strategies for dealing with insomnia during perimenopause. The episode was inspired by a question I received from Rosemarie who wants to know “Why it happens, when it will stop, will life ever get back to normal and how to cope in the meantime.

It’s an awesome question because like a lot of things that come up during this time at life, we can choose the route of not paying any attention to it, or digging in and finding out what’s up. That’s the route I take with my approach and although some of these steps take a bit of practice, I find that they will set you up for a lifetime of sleeping better and not falling apart when you don’t.
